1. About the Service

The Site offers paid subscription content and membership services — including but not limited to blog posts, exclusive resources, e-books, and community interaction. Some content is accessible to subscribers only. 🔒

2. User Registration & Accounts

  • You’ll need a valid email address and password to register an account.
  • You’re responsible for your account’s security and all activity under it. Sharing or transferring your account is strictly prohibited.
  • The Site reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

3. Paid Subscription Services

  • Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, with pricing clearly shown on the checkout page.
  • All payments are processed through third-party payment platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) — we don’t store your payment info.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel before the end of your current billing cycle.
  • 14-Day Refund Policy: First-time subscribers who aren’t satisfied can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Just reach out via the contact email at the bottom of these Terms and let us know why. Each user gets one refund, one time. After 14 days, or for non-first-time subscriptions, no refunds will be issued except where required by law.

4. Content Use & Intellectual Property

  • All original content is copyright of the Site (hubtoday). Reproduction, republication, or commercial use without authorization is not allowed.
  • Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of access for personal learning and reading only.
  • For commercial use or large-scale citation, please contact us to obtain proper authorization.

5. User Conduct

  • Prohibited: uploading, posting, or distributing any illegal, harassing, false, offensive, or rights-infringing content.
  • Prohibited: using technical means to bulk-download, scrape, or crack member-only content.
  • The Site reserves the right to remove inappropriate content and ban users who violate these rules. 🚫

6. Service Changes & Interruptions

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the service at any time, without prior notice.
  • The Site is not liable for compensation if content becomes temporarily inaccessible due to force majeure, server issues, or third-party service outages.
